MCA Extends Due Date for DIR 3 KYC of Directors

📣MCA has extended the due date for filing Form DIR-3 KYC (including DIR 3 KYC Web) in respect of Financial Year (FY) 2021-22 from 30/09/2022 to 15/10/2022 without payment of a fee.

1. A representation has been received in the Ministry requesting an extension of time beyond 30/09/2022 for filing e-form DIR-3-KYC and web-form DIR-3-KYC-WEB without payment of a fee.

2. The matter has been examined by the Ministry and it has been decided to allow the filing of e-form DIR-3-KYC and web-form DIR-3-KYC-WEB without filing fee up to 15/10/2022.
